Misleading job titles and JD Changes being implemented without consulting employees Many people hired without proper experience ( no excel knowledge, can you believe it ? ) Middle managers run it like a family business - no outsiders allowed

Working from home, and flexibility

Cons

The workforce is slowly but surely being moved to India, Poland, Madagascar, Mexico and Albania which means redundancies with every six to 12 months with the aim to close operations in the UK for good. I would not recommend applying for a job outside the countries I mentioned above, or you will have a temp job. Also, we haven't seen salary increases in years. Their "merit increases" don't even cover the increase in cost of living.
