Pros
Plenty of autonomy. A career here is what YOU make it. Great people all around. As tough as things get sometimes, everybody at NICE wants to do the right thing for customers. This is an ethical company in all respects.
Cons
Processes are still fragmented like you might expect of a smaller company. Internal systems are antiquated and doing a good job is not always easy. You will find yourself fighting the system quite often. That said, NICE manages to do well and everybody tries to do the right thing for customers.
