      Pros

      Really NICE people to work with, learned a lot , upgraded my skills. I am proud to say that I worked there. acquired lots of friends for life.

      Cons

      Too many organizational changes over time. Started there a long time ago, it was a small warm company when it got bigger something changed.

      Openly being lied to, and knowing this happens 80% of the time helps you to know what to expect up front.

      Cons

      Bad management, no long-term planning, extremely bad communication (especially to all non-Israeli employees), distinct lack of taking responsibility, in general a company that likes to sit in first row and pretend they are the all-knowing head of the game, for as little money as possible. If one confronts management with the results of their actions, one better open an account with Monsterboard...
