      Good place to learn but difficult to continue

      Pros

      It is a typical Israeli company. If you like Israel, you will survive well there. You can talk freely to management but highly political situation there.

      Cons

      It was very difficult to raise your salary after you join the company. I brought more than a million $ profit to the company annualｌｙ but my base was same.　Negotiate your salary well before you join the company. You have to work more than you expected. But not so difficult to take long vacation.
