      Pros

      Good company Excellent opportunities I am having best time working here so far pick drop facility available flexible timings (for me at least ) over all good exp till now..!

      Cons

      I find 1 thing which I didn't like is the salary structure- they have mentioned everything in CTC including insurances and medical reimbursement. This needs to be change. Also food available in canteen is bad (though I don't blame Nice for this, they should look for good vendors)
