Pros
I found company is investing a lot to hire good talent. In fact one of the best payer in Pune and also best in terms of technology.
Cons
1. I have heard some use and throw approach with the employee. They will not not give good hike if you have join on good package. 2. Seen one employee got fired. He has not have given much opportunity for improvement. 3. Only higher management goes to conference or summits. People down in the hierarchy should be sent because they actually work.
