Interesting work, agile and fast(enough)-moving development, very smart and pleasant co-workers who seem to work together towards goals and not against each other, reasonable deadlines, comfortable office space. Managers are hands-on, involved, supportive, and have fair expectations of what can and should be done. The people around me seem happy too. Overall - a pleasant and challenging way to spend one's day.

Cons

I have not yet found any real cons.
