      1. One of the better office spaces in Hinjewadi, Pune compared to other product/banking companies. 2. You will get to work on all the latest technologies in the market. 3. Flexible working hours, occasional work from home. Most of the people prefer to work from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, so work-life balance is there. 6. Above average pay and good bonus. 7. Free medical benefits, term insurance and group insurance. 8. Free snacks 24/7. 9. Frequent outings and celebrations. 10. No hierarchies. 11. Growing business and aggressive acquisitions.

      1. Agile processes are not strictly followed. 2. Less onsite opportunities.

      Pros

      The work is interesting and challenging, as are the clients' industries. As a consultant, you get the opportunity to travel a bit.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care in any way about its employees. Sometimes, it feels like it doesn't care about its clients either. Salaries are barely competitive, only few people are given real career opportunities so, in general, there's no effort deployed to retain the talented workers on the long term.
