      Pros

      1. Very friendly environment, everyone ready to help each other if any challenge occurs. 2. Managers are capable of understanding technical challenges and guide thru solution. 3. Zero politics as all upper management is managed by the Israeli Team. 4. The planning and execution of the sprint are awesome. Never seen such great coordination in the team in my entire career of 7+ years.

      Solid portfolio, good training and marketing material, supportive org that is always looking to win.

      Cons

      Great opportunity to sell a solid CX portfolio IF you have a fertile territory. Leadership advertises their support of diversity, but this is not reflected in the sales org. 401K match is meh.
