      Flexible, Freebies, Culture, Constantly learning, Access to resources that will build your resume, No micromanaging, some traveling, data is meaningful, product is awesome

      Cons

      Hours can be long depending on project, you must be a self starter (this wasn't a con for me but if you tend to need more direction you might be left behind and it will show), the pay could be better
