      Flexibility to Work in Various locations Office parties and Special Events

      After hours work is expected and anyone who doesnt work these hours is reprimanded and threatened with firing, no career development or variety, no emphasis on knowledge or training, no diversity in thought or staff, differing ideas are aggressively shot down which means that there is fear to speak up real opinions, money and revenue are expected at all costs even if at expense of employee personal life.

      1. They started with a spirit of core product company, but failed. All the policies are same as service based. 2. While offering, they will say that they will give joining bonus on top of CTC. People join NICE because of that. Later you will come to know that only 50% of bonus will be paid at joining time and rest 50% will be paid after 1 year. There is again a catch here, after getting the second half of bonus you will have to complete 1 more year in NICE. So, in total you have to serve 2 hours even if you dont want to. Stupid, childish policy makers. They should declare themselves as mutual fund company and broadcast the message 'please read the terms and conditions carefully'.

      Pros

      Many positives, but the clearest example of how NICE invests in their employees is their training program. Hands down, best training program around.

      Cons

      Enterprise Software is an innovative, aggressive, and high pressure industry. With that comes constant change.
