      Many internal processes need to updated and many budget cuts resulting in loss of tools to do the job.

      The most amazing place to work at

      1) NiceFLEX hybrid work model is very accommodating and comfortable for work-life balance; 2 days at the office and 3 days working from home. 2) High quality and expensive work equipment is given to employees. 3) Barista services almost every day, with ice cream and\or protein\fruit smoothie options as well. 4) Management makes you feel seen and heard. 5) Gratitude and credit are always given when deserved. 6) Food card (Cibus) is 1000 ILS. 7) My direct manager has been absolutely perfect (Shoutout to Baruch!) 8) Gym membership across the street is only 40 ILS per month. 9) Company goes AI full power, looking to improve and innovate. 10) Many interesting goals with much place to influence and shape the company's security roadmap.

      Cons

      Monthly salary - Less then market average for my experience and expertise.
