- It is a very arrogant company, both to customers and partners. It makes people very difficult to do business with. - It lacks of enterprise level operation systems. It is like a giant SME to me. There are lots of people who has no idea in the skillset and the deliverables of his/her role. They deliver their job by gut feelings. The patterns get stronger when you get closer to the headquarter. - It is very mean to the employees, especially to the sales guys. - There is no strategy. If you ask the employees, I don't think most of them can tell you the company's strategy. People work like a multi-directional vectors. - The morale is low. The people are depressed.

Don’t believe the positive reviews — this company is poorly managed and stressful to work for. Managers blame others instead of taking responsibility, and there’s heavy micromanagement. some people get very little work while others are overloaded and blamed when they can’t keep up. Benefits are terrible, health insurance is the worst I’ve ever seen. Taking PTO is difficult. There’s little to no process, which makes teamwork chaotic.In-office days are stressful and unpleasant due to the toxic atmosphere .
