Pros

- Hybrid work schedule = 2 days in office (better than 3 days in office) - Friendly individuals - Decent internal processes

Cons

- Severely underpaid -> e.g. Sales hemorrhaging high performers to competition. - A lot of internal politics (play the game or get trampled on) - R&D is a mess - Workforce is drastically moving overseas.

Pros

NICE gives you strong experience in large-scale cloud CX (CXone), good brand value on your resume, and generally decent culture/work environment in India, especially for learning and growth in backend/microservices.

Cons

Average pay and slow/unclear growth, variable managers with some micromanagement, and typical big-company politics plus pressure when CXone issues cause customer escalations.

Pros

If you get a good manager, you will have a good experience. There is so much to sell, so you’ve always got something to sell to any account in your patch. There are many great resources, especially the product & specialist teams, to help your sales pursuits.

Cons

It’s important to understand the tech footprint of your accounts before you get the territory. Having a combination of existing customers and net new is the best way to make money with Nice in my opinion. Sell some while you hunt the new logos, get a new logo every 1-2 years. This is what I was able to do, some don’t seem as lucky. Our professional services group can be painful to work with, especially with larger projects. They are overworked & under staffed.
