      Above Average Compensation, decent company to work for

      Above average compensation. Everyone does their own thing in this company and it seems like seasoned, mature people work here.

      Cons

      Company events are however few throughout the year. Night diff is only 10%.

      Micromanagement Lack of employee engagement Lack of concern for employees New hires and training department are two way lack of knowledge of the product They won’t promote because of tight budget????
