      Team culture is Ok, work and learning is limited

      Pros

      Team culture is somewhat okay. Teammates are polite and mostly helpful Big team with multiple products to work on.

      Cons

      Limited learning growth related to Cloud/DevOps, Most of the product uses monolith architecture. Limited use of latest technologies like containers, dockers, kubernetes, CI/CD etc. Time zone difference between your teammates/managers can cause issues. Unofficially work timings because of the time zone difference goes to the UK shift, causing issues in work-life balance. Select few people who show workaholism are taken seriously. Your promotion/designation does not define what level of work you will get assigned. Existing employees get the better tasks and it is difficult to get good development work as a new employee.

      Great Learning Experience with Growth Opportunities and Fun

      1. Over my 5 years at Nice, I had the chance to work on a wide variety of requirements, which really helped me grow my skill set and deepen my expertise with Java Spring Based Microservices and Cloud Infra. 2. The team here is talented and collaborative who are always willing to help. The team culture is positive, and there was a good balance between independent work and teamwork. 3. The company provided clear paths for advancement. I was able to take on more responsibilities, lead projects, and gain valuable leadership experience. 4.The company is flexible when it came to balancing work with personal life, which I appreciated, especially as priorities outside of work changed over time.

      We can improve upon a bit regarding work from home flexibility in critical situations
