      A great place to work & grow

      Pros

      My experience at NICE has been really positive. It’s a great place to work, especially if you’re looking to grow in the customer experience and automation space. The team culture is friendly and supportive, people are approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I’ve had the chance to work with some very talented colleagues and learn a lot along the way. There are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, particularly with platforms like CXone, and the company encourages continuous learning. I also appreciate the overall work environment, which feels collaborative and respectful. Overall, I’d definitely recommend NICE as a place to work. It’s a stable company with good people, interesting projects, and solid opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn, especially with platforms like CXone, so it can feel slightly overwhelming at first. but it’s very rewarding once you get up to speed. Because the company is growing, things can evolve quickly, which keeps it interesting but may require some adaptability
