NICE has a fantastic employee culture with many different initiatives held throughout the year to celebrate various holidays, milestones and events. From Valentine’s Day and Halloween, through to Pride events and International Women’s Day, the broad range of events means that there is something for everyone!

Pros

Friendly team on the support side.

Cons

Terminated by a managed who I hadn't spoken to in my 3 year tenure without any consultation. Provided a PIP without consulting my actual manager then was terminated despite improvement to meet expectation.

One of our NICE Values is “A is Our Starting Point”, and we give our employees various chances to meet our high standards and achieve their annual objectives. Strong performers are well compensated, and we are always looking for more superstar employees.

Pros

Great solutions, great training. If you work for the right leadership and have the right accounts, you can be successful and make a lot of money. A true enterprise selling role, that I gained immense learning from in my time here.

Cons

High turnover - most don't last 2 years. 20-30% of individuals hit quota. Salesforce data is manually entered by other AE's, so territories are built blindly. The comp plan is extremely complicated, it takes a 20 slide PowerPoint for leadership to explain how on 1 slide they will comp you on a deal, and 19 slides of ways you won't get comp'd on a deal. You won't find out until weeks after closing a deal if you get full credit for a deal, which is stressful if you're close to end of year. Don't bother working existing accounts, you want only net new logos to have a chance at hitting the incentives that will get you to your quota. Dig deeper into customer references for AI products; there will be plenty of references for CCaaS but there are many clients who have recently agreed to publish a win story but are having difficulties deploying today.

At NICE, we pride ourselves on our market leading products, which enable our salespeople to easily engage customers – both new and existing – and sell! We are also proud of our sales support setup, which provides extensive sales enablement training and guidance to our team members, helping them to succeed, and ensuring that many of our salespeople are extremely well compensated as you mentioned.
