      Pros

      NiCE is a good company to work for and have lot of positive vibes. Company has strong culture, very supportive leadership, innovation and AI is highly promoted and practiced here. Company is awared best place to work, best company for women's and also listed in forbes list which itself tells how company is operating at it's best from employees and our customers

      Cons

      With scale with which NiCE is doing business and acquistion, it at times makes things complex to execute and deliver.

      Supportive work culture with great learning opportunities

      Pros

      Supportive team environment with knowledgeable colleagues who are always willing to help. Management encourages learning and skill development. Good exposure to real world technical challenges, modern AI tools, and customer-focused problem solving. Work culture is respectful and collaborative, making it a great place to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Since the organization is growing, there are occasional challenges related to scaling infrastructure and processes. but they are encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across teams.

      It's a nice time at NiCE

      Pros

      I started at Nice a few months ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. From an engineering standpoint I can tell that they place a higher emphasis on code and architecture quality than other places I've worked, which has been great. From a work-life standpoint the hybrid schedule is very doable (even for someone that's worked remotely for years). And the company events have been fun and quite common (celebrating March-madness kick off for example). As well the office provides a salad bar lunch and bagels on Wednesdays!

      Cons

      I haven't been here long enough to speak to the bonus structures, but will update this if I remember.
