Good company to work for but sometimes leadership would get caught up in minor petty issues rather than big picture -- continuing to keep company successful and not so top heavy. Good work-life balance and excellent values.

Cons

Leadership didn't practice what they preached nor follow all the values. A lot of blame games and lack of ownership from top (CEO) throughout executive management. People who worked for top leader were not always honest and forthcoming with open answers; often beat around the bush and it cost unnecessary lost jobs.

There are always interesting projects and opportunities to learn and grow on the job. The workforce is highly intelligent, and they care. We put out quality, leading edge work in many spaces

Cons

The Board of Directors and Executive Team are twitchy - the tides of where to head seem to change frequently (~18 months). We've done layoffs around the world for the past 3 years. We have a hierarchical culture that looks for senior advice and go-ahead, unfortunately, with a fair amount of fear underneath of it.
