*Management often dismissive of employees concerns.

*Management goes off of a spreadsheet that shows workload percentage. They try to get you to 100% but at that point you are already burnt out.
*Starting to outsource positions to cut costs but the quality of work is going downhill.

*Management is lazy and will delegate their individual workload to other employees.
*Low pay compared to competitors and the work they expect of you.
