I could find no good reasons after the terrible way Management treats IT.

IT is treated no better than slaves/broken promises and retaliation for telling the truth about management.

You will learn a lot here, HR is HR everywhere, so hopefully you like Real Estate in general.

Cons

Toxic culture and work environment. If you are not a "favorite" or if you are not friends with management, then you will not be treated fairly. If you are looking for long-term, this is not the place for you. The money is horrible as well and so are the benefits.
