Internal access to many resources like graphics dept., admin support, etc.

Cons

There is a sub-culture where doing the right thing isn't always done. This seems to happen when you chase big money. A few huge egos.

Pros

They don't make it a habit of firing people. The branch offices try their best to take care of the employees but it is all up to the HQ office in NY. If you work in NY, they have company parties and short summer hours but that doesn't expand to the branch offices.

Cons

Promises that aren't kept and don't see the value in their employees.

You can meet some very nice people who, unfortunately hold your same opinion.

Cons

Worked for a Principal of the company in the DC office who was divisive, corrupt and took well deserved money on deals from brokers. Overall secrecy in the office, zero communication and overall toxic environment.
