Newmark Knight Frank offers a highly respected platform from which to compete for both large and small assignments. Newmark Knight Frank does offer opportunities across all experience levels that would probably not be available at most boutique commercial real estate brokerage houses. The opportunity to leverage local relationships into portions of national and potentially international assignments adds opportunity. The company's size, business volume and case studies of success stories offers additional credibility in competing for assignments

Cons

As with all commercial real estate brokerage firms, the top agents with the longest experience in their markets take the lion's share of the pie.
