I work with some really great people. Many are professionals who try their best with limited resources. There is little good to say about this company.

Cons

I was not given the resources to properly do my job. Benefits are horrible, I am paying over $1000/month out of pocket for myself and one child.

Very entrepreneurial in that you can try anything you want and work with a lot of creative people.

Cons

There is no budget to support any new idea. Everyone either works on commission or a very low salary, so you need to put a lot of extra effort to getting anything meaningful accomplished. You are on your own if you want to get anything done.
