Leadership does not exist. It's a mess. Good ideas meet pushback by management that is confused at best. Absolutely no on boarding or vision.

more or less laid back environment, real estate experience, decent vacation policy, OK salary for position

Cons

disorganized management out for itself, no 401K match for such a large organization, no help upon lay-off, no vacation pay out if not used upon lay off per "company policy", no clarity and lack of communication from management, lack of appreciation for good work
