Aggressive, nimble brokerage shop that supports brokers in all important ways. Good splits and benefits that smaller shops cannot offer.

Cons

Company is trying to grow, so dealing with headaches is part of the territory. Sometimes canabalizes own brokers by bringing in additional competition.
