      The fellow employees are good people to work with and provide a good culture.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership, along with corporate resources such as HR and IT are very poor. Salary and benefits are not as competitive as they should be.

      Nice managers Work life balance (you have a lot of free times)

      Cons

      Salary (They were paying me %40 less than what I had to normally get!!) There is no room to grow and the main reason is the lack of opportunities to learn. There is no good communication between coworkers, they are friendly but no one wants to talk unless they have to.
