Good benefits, friendly coworkers, good parties (when they have them), and a short commute. I got good experience while I was there.

Cons

Low salaries, bad management, no flexibility in schedules, long hours, lots of work and being micromanaged constantly, just a warm body in a corporate setting.

Pros

Each office is an individual part of the greater company giving some offices the potential to be better work environments than others.

Cons

Undergoing incredible amounts of internal change which results in disorganized confusion. Employees required to choose between minimal bonus, minimal overtime or minimal pay increase. Very hard to grow with the company.

Competitive salaries and okay benefits.

Cons

Company has poor communication, little focus and trouble communicating overall mission. this is not an employee friendly company with an abundance of money spent on high salaried "strategic planners" who don't seem to bring anything concrete to the table. actual profit centers are short staffed and overworked. Appreciation and thank you's are non existant. There is little value placed on employee's and as long as there is a bottom in a chair its all good. Disappointing experience and after six years its time to give up.
