its insurance its what you should expect
Pros
"uncapped commissions" decent training on insurance products
Cons
you have to sell to your friends and family they expect you to work every weekend in order to be good at this job you need to realign your morals and values to put yourself first. management is severely lacking in real skills. Almost all managers spent the bare minimum as a sales agent before moving to management. You won't be able to learn much from them if you're trying to be a true fiduciary. It's hard to trust anyone in the company since everyone's pay is based on sales and management is incentivized to oversell. Who your hiring manager is determines your experience there so if you're genuinely considering this career path do some research on managers or reach out to someone.
