This company is a well-established brand with generally smart & capable employees. Many teams are collaborative and mission-driven. Remote work arrangement is a plus.

Cons

Decision making can be slow one moment, then erratic and lacking strategy the other moments. Priorities shift frequently and limited transparency around expectations, and increased monitoring via Verint makes work feel restrictive. Loyalty is rewarded more than delivering on role metrics, goals and outcomes. At times most higher level managers use their long tenure & power to push people out of roles or to get their way instead of working collaboratively with team members.
