Compensation, Pension, Non captive environment, comprehensive training, free marketing plan literature and brochures, access to market and product consultants.

Cons

Not for everyone (i.e. fear of rejection, poor natural market, poor organizational and time management skills.)

Pros

Work Life Balance, and the People. Generally speaking, managers respect you, and everyone who works at this company is very nice. The Westchester office is very laid back with business casual dress year round. The city office is a little more competative, and energetic. Also, I've heard that there is a good retirement/benefits package. Additional education is also encouraged, with MBA's being paid for by the company as long as you are still under their employement.

Cons

Slow career progression, and often underpaid comparative to other companies. Managers almost seemed to be tenured, and people don't move up without attrition. Upsides definietely outweigh the downsides though.
