      Pros

      I have been here over a year and everyone I have met have been so nice. We all work together for the greater good of our clients.

      Cons

      Money is not the best, but that is what you should expect with a non-profit organization.

      Pros

      I made many friends. The hours were good. Benefits were good. One hour lunches away from work areas. There was help when I needed it. A comfortable environment to work. Manager was easy to talk to, would work with me when requesting time off.

      Cons

      It was a non-profit organization, the state was poor, and so was the pay. Raises were few and far between. Long drive to work.

      The organization as a whole doesn't not care about the employees, nor the consumers we provide care to. The only care about making room for the CEO to have a 6 figure salary.
