      Work -life balance cool culture , flexible timings Long term projects. One of best companies for employee friendly policies. Feels like a Govt. Job if you are on long term project.

      Cons

      Less on site Less pay compare to market Slow growth. Long Notice Period Difficult to change project, very strict. Long term projects but once project gone out of Ness, then very opportunities inside.

      Work culture is good, work load is nominal and if people want to relax and work with out much stress its a good place.

      Cons

      Opportunities are few and if there is no billing from customer you are sure that soon you will quit NESS and that too they will inform morning as ask to leave on same day in some cases and for few notice and other.....
