      Ness's only client in Chennai is a good place to work i.e. many things to learn : both on technical as well as management and business. Agile development, extra-curricular acivities etc

      Cons

      Secure business but completely insecure job. Prefer direct employment than indirect via Ness or any other contractor company. You can be released by your Manager (client) anyhow in anyway for any reason. Your Manager may be directed from his/her Manager from other side of the planet to do so. Your release from a client project means "being forced to resign or else, face termination" from Ness Technologies as there is no concept of being on "bench". Your profile will not be match with Ness 's other clients and if it does, you HAVE to move to another city. Regarding severance pay, your leaves will account to piittance in payment.
