      its one of the top company in IT industry. the process is too good Agile process. Employee friendly. take more care of the employee Professionally and Personally both.

      Cons

      I don't see much cons of the company but one not downside bad time is that Projects are EDC are has come down. so opened an outsource entity called Ness Software Services India Pvt Ltd. which is bit feel bad. No major Cons.
