      Pros

      It depends for which client you are going. If it is COBALT, then cool. Interview is very hard. Flexible Timings Not much work pressure, some times it is. Get opportunity to learn new stuff. Good compensation. They need people for cobalt. You can take leaves, no one cares if you do your work on time.

      Cons

      Managers are IDIOT(S) in COBALT, for a small issue they will sit on your head. They don't know anything just bunch of idiots who joined as child labour and stayed there. Once you are serving your notice period, the managers start castigating you. No Onsite opportunity.
