      Will have Full work to do Managers are supportive until everything goes well

      Cons

      No work life balance Will get calls even after office timings ( mid night), Saturdays and Sundays. If we ignore them, they make huge noise on this. HR is not at all interactive, they don't even respond properly. Unreachable targets, feel like being in toxic culture
