Management and Career advancement opportunities : If you prove your competency , there are lot of growth opportunities. Management is easily approachable and very helpful in guiding you. Recommend a Friend : Yes, I will refer to friend Compensation / Salary - NESS has always been better than its competitors in terms of salary increments. Increments happened during covid time also. Environment : All people leaders/managers are just a ping away and very helpful. They make sure all your issues are taken care of. Generally a positive environment.
