      - Good salary and increments - Stable clients like S&P Global

      Cons

      - Below average colleagues to work with, you hardly learn from them - Discrimination based on where you belong, if you are from North India you should avoid this company unless you are in a management role - Saturday working sometimes with no compensation - Old laptops, screen sharing using VPN, which is very irritating and slow - They harass employees during the Notice period, it happened to me - No value for talent, I was one of the most preferred employees by the client in the team but instead of appreciation I got discrimination

      Has a less toxic culture compared to many peers.

      Cons

      Quick hire and quick fire company. discrete layoffs. no one even bothers to properly talk to know your skills and capabilities and the right role. certain individuals just make strategies in silos and make impacting decisions. Company doesnt take eveyone along in the strategy journey. method is to just throw current passengers out of the bus to accommodate new custom-designed passengers each time.
