      Pros

      I only positive thing about Ness is you can sell yourself for a better package.

      Cons

      There are so many cons 1. They assure a long term project and it would be like 3 months only or 2 months only. Once project is done you will be kicked out of the company. 2. No good or long projects. 3. It s like daily labour job.. no bench nothing. 4. no hikes for abt 3 years. 5. it will affect your career..never join here

      Pros

      - If you are hired for and EDC which runs for 5-8 years you can create a comfortable zone - If you like monotonous work, this is the place for you

      Cons

      - No internal transition between teams and no bench concepts . So you know whats gonna happen when there is no work for you - Sales team is incapable of getting new business though they have great brand - PROCESS SUCKS - You will find many people at comfortable zone, no innovations with - EDC model sucks

      Pros

      Gain experience, some benefits as discounted movie tickets etc. Good people overall, claim to reward good employees.

      Cons

      No payment what so ever on food nor parking. Don't pay extra for night shift. Disrespectful, taking advantage over young unexperienced people. Management won't respond to employees requests. Rewards come as practical courses which is good but they won't take you for a job to use your new skill.
