      Has sufficient number of clients.

      Cons

      No Salary hikes (I have been working for 2 years now, and there has been not even a single hike. All that the HR dept has to say about this matter is that its under discussion.) No growth once you are in the company.

      Nothing +ve.. Only good for existing employees.. No growth plan.. Don't ever think about joining if you are a .Net guy and the position is in Hyderabad..

      Cons

      No job security for new employees.. Only short-term projects.. No one will tell you that the project is for only 3 months.. They will bluff.. As if it's running from past 4yrs.. And will run for next 3yrs for sure.. But the fact is its the account not the projects.. All the technology stack is of 10 yrs old.. So nothing to learn.. The projects are all such.. no other company wants to work on.. No pipeline projects.. No one can tell what is your future.. No salary hikes.. People get fired on monthly basis.. Because the projects run here r only for few months.. Please understand that you are getting hired for short-term as a contractor.. They will tell as it's a permanent position and for Long term project.. Stay away from ness and stay peace full..

      Pros

      I only positive thing about Ness is you can sell yourself for a better package.

      Cons

      There are so many cons 1. They assure a long term project and it would be like 3 months only or 2 months only. Once project is done you will be kicked out of the company. 2. No good or long projects. 3. It s like daily labour job.. no bench nothing. 4. no hikes for abt 3 years. 5. it will affect your career..never join here
