Pros

Work life balance is good As long as you're billable and your project is doing well managers treat you in a good way Attitude towards employees was good before recession hit the fan

Cons

When recession hit and some of the projects were in doldrums, the managers started talking in a very different tone. Whatever you did was not good enough anymore. This company does glorified body-shopping with 2 faced servile managers (towards clients) and barking tone (toward employees) Technical growth is abysmal. Be prepared to forget what you learned before you came in here. Communication across teams and even within teams is minimalistic.

Pros

- Most of the policies are very much Employee friendly - Good onsite opportunities - Flexy timings... not based on compulsory 8 hours daily criteria. - Very good infrastructure and cleanliness.

Cons

- Not enough Learning & Development - No exit interview process (no one cares even for loyal 5+ or 7+ years exployees) - Not strong sales team... company surviving on EDCs (Extended Development Centers) of clients. - Zero bench policy
