      Pros

      Pay scale is higher than other companies. Its a good place for performers since there is a 1-1 relationship between clients and employees. Their business model is different and fun to work in. They offer good onsite opportunities. Easy to talk to higher management.

      Cons

      Even if you do a good job, appreciation,often, is only given in words. Older people who have been in company for a long time are given precedence and preference over younger newer employees while giving awards/appreciations regardless of the work being done.

      Some of the best years of my career. - Great benefits: Haven't had better since. - Great people: I had an excellent manager to start - Great place to learn: Ness allowed me to branch out and learn new things - Great work-life balance - Very supportive during family emergencies - Raises and reviews were fair
