      Pros

      Very encougaing environment and good people to work with both in peer and management level. They tend to be working along with customer's project team which helps in maintaining the customer relationship

      Cons

      Employee Salary is not very encouraging especially for people who come from offshore. Management should keep in touch with all of their customers how small revenue contribution they do.
