Pros

Colleagues: mostly passing by professional waiting to get a better job. I made a couple of splendid friends, although, presently, we work in different companies we are still in touch.

Cons

The Brand is excellently spreaded in the market and is a reliable Luxury product, but it has many leaks. It is a matter of fact; there is a frequent turnover of lower and higher positions, in London. When in a company you observe such a phenomenon it means employees aren't satisfied, and something should be done.

Pros

You get to work on different stores and meet new people. Product is good and high quality, easy to sell. Pay is above average for the retail standards.

Cons

Managers don't care much about you. I worked for 5 years in the same market and never met the manager after the one I had initially worked with after she got promoted and moved away. They had four managers in 5 years and none of them showed up at the store to introduce themselves or get to know your work, weird.
