Pros

Nespresso is a great company to work for. I made the mistake of resigning and regret it wholeheartedly. Wish I had never done it. Nespresso cares deeply about its employees and the sustainability of the product and farmers. There is no limit to the future of the company. Wish I could return...:(

Cons

With a constantly changing company it is sometimes difficult for there to be a seamless flow between creating processes and implementation.

Pros

A culture for excellence, the company is thriving for real solutions; hence the many platforms that promote Sustainability and encourage sustainable practices. I personally was part of a 5 day trip to Costa Rica as we went to visit Nespresso farmers, yes, our farmers! It was a life-changing experience.

Cons

The vision that is upheld by the President of the company is not translated by most people under him. The company can be more pro-active when looking for talents and that means looking at the current employees for jobs and openings that they can fulfill.

Pros

Great pay Cross-trained to learn the science behind coffee Extensive training for the 25 Grand Crus Trained in a week customer-facing/coffee science class

Cons

Kronos system, if you couldn't make it to work due to being sick or a circumstance a point would be against you and if accumulated enough, you could be terminated
