Pros

Overall good working environment. Business is dinamic and the contact with final consumer provides immediate insights for opportunities. Nespresso provides real professional growth and personal development opportunities.

Cons

Company still has a lot to improve in some aspects of people management: low performers are usually kept in the company and not rarely even get promoted due to seniority. Politics are increasing and still many siles to be broken.

Pros

I love coming to work everyday and a huge part of this is the people I get to work with. We're on big happy family here and I am honored to work with some amazing people. We are a diverse group of individuals who work hard every day to provide an unforgettable experience for our Club Members and I am proud to be part of such a wonderful team!

Cons

Holiday schedule - CRC is almost always open.

Pros

People working at Nespresso are very helpful when you reach for help. And throwing benefit are great. Managers are willing to have one in one meetings and group meeting to get feed back for the team. And find a way to improve the team, and store together.

Cons

It take a while for HR to get my pay stuff and some of the important information for me to use in store. Feel like the HR and store management have many miss communication.
