Pros

overall good people to work with in the business, free coffee, awesome head office in North Sydney, generous salary, not afraid to spend money on its staff and wellbeing

Cons

Lack of work life balance, lack of genuineness from people, more about being premium than down to earth

Pros

-The benefits are awesome, and the pay is good. -Upper management is enlightening and reassuring. -I generally enjoy all of my co-workers. -The job itself is very pleasant, and relatively stress free when it comes to preforming duties. -The company has a great culture, and I love their passion for their employees and the community.

Cons

-At my particular location, the managers are very particular about the way things are done. I am not fond of the way the store manager disciplines employees. For example: An employee is not supposed to be cleaning an item because it is too early to do so. The manager precedes to say a condescending comment toward the employee and then communicates to the employee that they shouldn't be doing that. -The managers don't seem to get along with one another, causing conflict among themselves which is negatively impacting moral of the employees. -A lot of favoritism.

Hello, thank you for your review. I totally agree with you, employees are our biggest asset. Through various initiatives combined with employee perks, we show that we care. I believe that investing in our employees now is investing in long-term innovation and company successes for the future. Regarding the situation you are describing, respect is the foundation of a trustworthy and efficient collaboration. Managers should lead by example and provide coaching to their employees to build cohesion and leverage each other’s strengths. Please speak to your District Manager or your HR Manager, to provide more information about the events you are describing. Thank you for your feedback! Guillaume Le Cunff, President@NespressoUSA
