- world-wide reputation, great to build your career - a lot of collaborations with well-known brands/companies in F&B industry - dynamic, fun, entertaining work environment - free coffee!!

Cons

- sometimes it's too fast-faced, so it could be a bit stressful - capsule coffee marketing is getting competitive - work-life balanced is not bad but also not very good
